Candidates who already have an account can log in directly to access the CEED registration portal.
Step 3: Read the Eligibility Requirements
Before completing the application, verify that you meet the CEED 2027 educational qualification criteria.
Eligible candidates generally must have completed a graduate degree, diploma or postgraduate degree programme of at least three years after Class 12, be appearing for the final examination of such a programme by July 2027, or have passed the five-year Government Diploma in Art (G.D. Art) after Class 10 by July 2027.
Candidates should also check the separate admission eligibility requirements of their preferred institutions.
Step 4: Fill in the Application Form
Enter the requested personal, educational and category details. Provide accurate information and ensure that the details match the supporting documents.
Candidates should be particularly careful when entering their category and qualifying examination information because the registration record is used during examination and admission verification.
Step 5: Upload the Required Documents
Upload the photograph, signature, qualifying degree or diploma documents and applicable category certificates in the prescribed formats.
Candidates applying for disability-related services must follow the relevant instructions and upload the required certificates and request forms.
A name mismatch between the candidate's identity and qualifying certificate may require supporting documentation, such as a Gazette notification, marriage certificate or relevant passport pages, as specified in the brochure.
Step 6: Select Examination Cities
Candidates must select three examination cities in order of preference from the list available in the registration form.
Once the application is submitted, requests to change the selected cities will not be entertained. The examination authority may also reassign cities according to the published rules, including where a sufficient number of candidates are unavailable in a selected city.
Candidates should therefore choose their preferences carefully.
Step 7: Pay the Registration Fee
Pay the applicable registration fee through the payment facility available on the official portal.
The available payment methods include UPI, credit card, debit card and net banking. Bank service charges or processing fees may apply in addition to the registration fee.

Step 8: Review and Submit the Application
Before final submission, review the candidate information, category, examination-city preferences and uploaded documents.
Incomplete applications may be rejected. Candidates should retain their registration number, payment confirmation and application details for future reference.
