Droppers (1-Year Gap)

Risky but common; 40-50% BITSians are droppers; focus boards + BITSAT, not full JEE drop

Repeaters (Multiple Gaps)

Only if reappearing 2026 after 2025 pass; pre-2024 gaps disqualify

Partial drops advised over full; users report success with NIOS for targeted improvements

General Guidelines

No formal gap limit if within 2024-2026 window; must submit improved results by June 2026

Droppers often get 320-350+ BITSAT; prep basics via Allen/Kota for dual JEE/BITSAT
