About TS EAMCET 2026

Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture & Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) is a state-level entrance examination conducted for admission to Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy courses offered by universities and colleges in Telangana.

Main Overview

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad, on behalf of the Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE), has released the TS EAMCET 2026 Counselling schedule for Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy. Eligible candidates will be able to register for the TS EAMCET 2026 counselling through the official website at eapcet.tgche.ac.in/.

The TS EAMCET 2026 counselling will be conducted in 3 phases. As per the TS EAMCET 2026 counselling schedule, the Phase 1 registration process will begin on June 19 and will end on June 28.

  • Mock seat allotment: The TG EAPCET 2026 mock seat allotment will be released on or before July 4, 2026.

  • Web option modification: Candidates can edit or modify their web options from July 5 to July 7, 2026, based on the mock allotment.

  • Freezing of options: The final date to freeze web options is July 7, 2026.

  • Phase 1 seat allotment: The first phase seat allotment result will be declared on or before July 10, 2026.

  • Fee payment and self-reporting: Candidates allotted seats must complete the fee payment and self-reporting process between July 10 and July 14, 2026.

TG EAPCET (formerly TS EAMCET) 2026 counselling offers admission to approximately 1.3 lakh B.Tech seats across more than 175 participating engineering colleges in Telangana

TS EAMCET Hall Ticket 2026

TS EAMCET 2026 Hall Ticket will be released in two phases, first for Agriculture and Pharmacy, then for Engineering courses.

  • TS EAPCET admit card for Agriculture and Pharmacy will be released from 23 April 2026 onwards.

  • TS EAMCET admit card for Engineering will be released from 27 April onwards.

The TS EAMCET is one of the largest state-based entrance exams of Telangana, in which more than 3 lakh candidates appear every year for engineering, agriculture and Pharmacy streams.

  • The Attendance ratio has been consistent in the last 3 years, with roughly 94% candidates appearing for the exam.

  • In 2024, the registration was highest with 3.55 lakh candidates, which shows an increase in candidates’ interest in the exam.

  • However, the registration numbers fell in 2025 to 3.07 Lakhs.

TS EAMCET Exam Pattern

The TS EAMCET Exam Pattern is expected to be the same as the previous year and will be conducted in a CBT Mode.

  • The TS EAMCET Exam will be of 3 hours, including 160 MCQs with 1 mark for each answer and no negative marking.

  • The TS EAMCET Exam Pattern will vary between the Engineering and Agriculture streams.

  • In the Engineering exam, mathematics will carry 50% weightage, which makes it important for scoring high.

The TS EAMCET Results 2026 have been released online on May 17 by JNTUH (Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad).
